The minimum rental for this property is 2-night.
The prices on the website are for normal overnight stays (up to 20 people on the
premises). Over 20 people on the premises are considered an Event and
require an event fee in addition to the normal stay rate.
Event fees :
Up to 50 people on the premises - $1500
Up to 125 people on the premises - $2500
Up to 200 people on the premises - $3500
Up to 300 people on the premises - $5000
Twenty-five vehicles park free with events, additional vehicles are $10/vehicle per day.
You are welcome to schedule a tour of the property. Tours are done on weekdays ONLY.

100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 15 days before check-in.
No refund if you cancel less than 15 days before check-in.
Damage and Incidentals - "renter is responsible"
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
House Rules - Some Private Events are allowed if pre-approved; Max guest on the premises for a normal stay is 20 people
