A 1 plus expierience

We rented this property for my wedding and stayed for 2 days. It was the absolute most perfect experience I have had renting a property. Gloria was friendly and super accommodating with all of our questions and needs, she made us feel that we could be ourselves in the particular ways we wanted to use the property as weddings are extremely particular. We are definitely considering renting this property again as well as some of the guest that attended. This is a perfect venue for family and relaxation .

We truly enjoyed our stay particularly the accommodating posture of the Owner who was at hand always despite the holiday period. The house is spacious and well cared for. It has all the amenities we desired for our vacation. About 30 guests were comfortably accommodated without any problem

I love this property! My second year renting it for my birthday and I must say all your guest will be taken care of . Plenty enough space for people to have there own bedroom and bathroom. Not to far from the local shopping centers and restaurants. I highly recommend for outdoor and overnight events.

The Sophronia was the perfect house for our family of 23! The location was rural enough to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the backyard, yet close enough to the city to catch an Uber. There are many different areas to hang out in, which made our trip exactly what each person wanted it to be. The theatre, the pool table, and the gym kept the children occupied while the adults sat outside and enjoyed the ambiance of the waterfalls. With 23 people in one house, we never felt cramped or like we didnt have our “me time”. I would highly recommend this house to anyone with a large group!

It was a beautiful place for a wedding and Gloria was very accommodating and helpful.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this house and once again it accommodated us perfectly! Quite honestly it is the best appointed rental home we’ve stayed in!
